We use Trello to manage our requests and projects. It's simply organized into three main columns that clients need to pay attention to:
1) Backlog: This is where you would request new automations.
2) Active Requests: To check on what's currently being worked on, check this card for all updates and questions.
3) Approved Demos: This is where you test all the automations you have requested. Once revisions are complete, this is moved to the "Live Automations" column.
Designed with You in Mind
Our Agents come with standard integrations with your email, calendar, and CRM. They are able to perform basic actions such as searching and creating records in your CRM, read and send emails from Gmail (or another provider), Create and search calendar events. Our onboarding process includes a short form to know more about your tech stack and also includes a section for requesting custom actions/integrations. Our agents have transparent pricing: -- An implementation fee (varies depending on number of integrations and actions) - $0.10 per message cost usage cost (excluding OpenAI and automation platform cost) - Additional actions and features can be added to your agent at any time upon request. These additional builds are charged separately.
